professionals. Over the last 25 years Spring Technology has been a trusted advisor
and career manager to hundreds of thousands of IT contract and permanent candidates.
As part of Spring Technology’s commitment to our candidates we have formulated a
charter that clearly outlines the standards you can expect from Spring Technology
and how you as a candidate can maximise the relationship:
Communication:
- A lack of feedback on a role is common criticism levied at recruitment agencies.
Spring will provide accurate and constructive feedback throughout the whole recruitment
process.
- As a contractor of Spring Technology you will be spoken to by your dedicated Consultant
every month and met within the first six weeks of an assignment.
- At the start of your assignment you will be given the main points of contact needed
within Spring Technology.
- The invoice and timesheet procedure will be clearly explained and documented at
the start of any new position and you will be talked through your contract.
Payment:
- Spring Technology will pay you accurately and on time every month.
- Payroll queries will be responded to within 24 hours and issues will be dealt with
as quickly as possible.
Professionalism:
- You can expect to be treated with respect, integrity and professionalism at all
times.
- Your permission will be requested before we submit your details to any potential
employers.
- You can expect full role descriptions when being submitted for a position.
Candidate focused:
- Spring Technology will strive to secure you a new position and keep you up to date
on new suitable roles.
- You will be treated as an individual and Spring Technology will work with you to
manage your career.
- We will work proactively to find you suitable roles and to market you only to the
most relevant organisations.
- Spring will open up dialogue regarding your contract extension 4 to 6 weeks before
the end of an assignment, to either extend the current assignment or look at other
opportunities should the role not be continuing.
- You will be regularly updated with Market Information and appropriate training programmes.
